Bottling analysis


Bottling is the last and most delicate phase of the wine making process. In addition to verifying that the contents of the wine meet authorized parameters, we also take great care in analyzing the stability of the product, examining the protein content, the level of metal elements present, and the tartaric stability, and thereby determining the amount of sulfur dioxide needed in order to ensure the stability of the product. To further ensure optimal conservation of the wine once bottled, we measure the level of oxygen present in the wine, and we examine the bottle closure (cork, synthetic cork, and screw cap) as well as the bottle.
