Experimentation on closures


Comparison of cork closures: cork, coextruded synthetic, injected synthetic and screw cap. Experiment was performed on a single wine taken from a single tank, bottled and quickly sealed with the four different closures, and stored in the same place in the same position.
Every six months, samples of the bottles prepared are analyzed for a period of 4 years.
